About SVFC

When COVID hit in March 2020, my daughter was 4 months old. My fiancé and I were terrified about not having the support we needed and asked my parents to come down and help. Long story short, they graciously left their long term home in NY, uprooted their whole lives to come to NC… and they never left. My dad and I have always loved projects together, he is a master of many things and my mom is a brilliant painter of flowers (lilabacon.com). My main parenting passion is fostering my daughter’s connection to the earth. The stars aligned and SVFC was born. Here’s to hoping we can bring you some of the joy and connection we’ve found through growing our little flower farm! 

We have two roadside flower stands that operate between April through November as flowers permit. You can find them at 103 Spring Valley Rd and 400 Lindsay St in Carrboro.
